Payment Policy

Payment is accepted through Paypal. I do not start any work until your payment has been made in full & cleared. 
If you have questions about setting up a payment plan, please shoot me a message on here so we can discuss your needs. 

Delivery and Shipping Policy

Most orders will have a 6-8 week wait period before shipping date unless stated otherwise in the listing. This production time varies depending on the number of orders I receive. 

I am shipping from Canada. For North American buyers I will be using tracked packet which takes 4-10 business days after production time and includes a tracking number.

For everywhere else I'll be using small packet air which can take 1-4 business weeks but does not include a tracking number. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in post  that were purchased without a tracking number. For larger orders I highly recommend purchasing a tracking number.

*If you want your package tracked, please let me know before you purchase a listing.

Refund and Returns Policy

I do not accept returns if the pair has been worn due to the nature of my organic products. If there is a problem with the sizing or damage in production please message me so we can discuss an exchange or possible refund. Refunds are given at my discretion. If you have any issues with your purchase please feel free to contact me. I am more then happy to work with all my customers to make sure they are satisfied with there experience.
 

Additional Info

Due to my wait times, I've had customers wanting to change materials/designs/sizes of an item they have already purchased. I prefer customers to stick to their original orders, but I can be flexible at times. 

If there are changes with ether size, material, or design you wish to make please contact me within one week of purchase and I may be able to accommodate. After the first week I am likely unable to make changes to the order as production has already begun or material has been ordered.
